{"id":3680,"date":"2026-03-31T14:28:23","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aliso.fr\/initiatives\/?p=3680"},"modified":"2026-03-31T14:38:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:38:28","slug":"soin-au-travail-et-a-lengagement-des-entretiens-conseil-pour-faire-le-point-et-agir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aliso.fr\/initiatives\/soin-au-travail-et-a-lengagement-des-entretiens-conseil-pour-faire-le-point-et-agir\/","title":{"rendered":"[Soin au travail et \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement] : des entretiens conseil pour prendre du recul"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans le contexte actuel, nous n&rsquo;avons peut \u00eatre pas la ma\u00eetrise de notre devenir (financements, etc), mais il y a un domaine dans lequel nous pouvons nous investir : prendre soin des \u00e9quipes en place. <br>Le DLA Creuse ouvre, d\u00e8s d\u00e9but 2026, un programme d&rsquo;accompagnement sous forme de deux entretiens conseils sur site, \u00e0 la demande de chaque structure qui souhaiterait :<br><br>&gt; prendre un temps d&rsquo;analyse des probl\u00e9matiques de soin au travail des \u00e9quipes : d\u00e9m\u00ealer les situations de stress, de frictions, d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement<br>&gt; dans un second temps, \u00e9laborer des pistes de r\u00e9ponse.<br><br>Vous \u00eates en responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe associative (direction, coordination, dirigeant b\u00e9n\u00e9vole) et souhaitez mobiliser ces entretiens conseil ? <br><br>&gt; Prenez contact avec le Charg\u00e9 de mission DLA Creuse (pascalbousso[at]aliso.fr) qui mobilisera ensuite l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la conduite de ces entretiens, constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;une psychologue du travail et d&rsquo;une psychosociologue ayant une sensibilit\u00e9 aux questions d&rsquo;organisation et de gestion d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.<br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 57%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 de nos m\u00e9tiers, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;abord prendre soin des \u00e9quipes en place : <a href=\"https:\/\/aliso.fr\/initiatives\/12-nov-2024-gueret-soigner-lattractivite-de-nos-metiers-le-programme\/\">c&rsquo;est ce que nous avions retir\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Attractivit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> d&rsquo;il y a un an. A travers cette d\u00e9marche pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ci-contre, il s\u2019agit de proposer des espaces de dialogue in situ sur le travail. Nous savons que si les personnes qui travaillent sont souvent au contact de difficult\u00e9s, insatisfactions et sources de stress, et savent les mettre en mots, il n\u2019est pas toujours ais\u00e9 d\u2019avoir un point de vue global sur la situation, d\u2019embrasser une vision syst\u00e9mique des probl\u00e8mes qui permette de comprendre \u00ab dans quoi chacun est pris \u00bb.  L\u2019objectif est bien de<br>poursuivre la sensibilisation et l\u2019outillage, en approfondissant les situations particuli\u00e8res, via<br>la consultation de 8 \u00e0 10 structures aux profils et probl\u00e9matiques diff\u00e9rentes.
