Un atelier pour prendre un temps sur ses pratiques de pilotage et l’analyse de sa situation sur deux versants :
le versant \u00e9conomique : budget, compte de r\u00e9sultat
le versant sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re : tr\u00e9sorerie, structure du bilan

Pour en sortir outill\u00e9, avec des indicateurs synth\u00e9tiques et partageables collectivement. Avec des pistes d’action \u00e0 court et moyen terme pour votre structure.
